Abstract
Female office workers are a group of staff, whose pregnancy is a part of their life and during or after pregnancy they will face different kinds of pain, especially in the lower back area. In this regard, midwifery experts can play a key role in giving practical suggestions to prevent that kind of low back pain. In addition, they can teach the methods for pain relief during pregnancy. Due to lack of reliable information in this regard it was decided to conduct a review to collect the available publications on this subject. Based on our analyses of selected papers, it was confirmed that midwifery experts can play a practical role in teaching mothers to prevent dangerous behaviors prone to develop low back pain.

Introduction
Back pain is a common problems in human societies with about an occurrence of about 60% of people at least once in a lifetime having this pain (1, 2). Back pain is the most common cause of activity limitation among office workers all over the world (3-5). Billions of dollars are annually directly or indirectly spent on costs of treatment and related damages resulting from the inability to work and sick leave, so the total cost of back pain in the world, especially among office workers, is high (6, 7). It should be noted that there is a lack of accurate costs estimates for low back pain among pregnant office workers. It is important to know the special situation of pregnant office workers, who sit for a long time without enough physical activity (8, 9).
Studies have shown that some healthcare jobs have a direct connection to musculoskeletal disorders, especially back pain, so office workers could be more at risk than others (10, 11). Office workers have a specific ergonomic situation and pregnancy can affect their ergonomic environment and also emotional environment (12).
Many problems are caused by back pain, including different degrees of disability, impact on daily activities, physical and emotional behaviors of office workers (13). It is necessary to pay special attention to this complication.
