A group of corporate executives, hotel owners and businessmenyesterday announced a partnership aimed at beautifying theneighborhood around Grand Central Terminal, a project they say includes finding an alternative shelter for the hundreds of people who now consider the terminal and the surrounding streets their home.
"What we're looking to do is to improve the cityscape, by that I mean the sanitation, lighting, security, storefronts, signage, and the pedestrian flow of traffic," said Peter L.
