Now This Would Be A Real Dynamic Duo Tina Turner and Mick Jagger, the duo that blew them away at LiveAid, may be teaming up again for a road tour, according to London rock sources. No novice to the Rolling Stones road experience, Tina, with her ex-husband Ike, was the opening act for the Stones on their 1972 tour. Now, we're told, she and Mick might take it on the road sans the other Stones, each performing a solo set then a duet. They have more in common than admiration for the other's vocal talents. Turner's manager, Roger Davies, is now acting as Jagger's advisor. A Jagger spokesman was unaware of any planned pairing, saying Mick is now in Amsterdam working on his new solo disc. While High Society publisher Gloria Leonard continues her First Amendment battle to keep her pornographic "Hotline" in business, Bob Guccione, publisher of Penthouse and Omni, is hooking up his own dial-in service, with a distinctly bestial bent. The "inter-species communication line," as it's being billed, is actually a scientific experiment in determining how animals and humans relate. The 900 number, which will be working for three weeks starting Dec. 1, will be published in the Dec. Omni.
