Abstract

In this sense, the unprecedented situation generated by social isolation is addressed, remote education situations aggravated by the lack of connectivity and deficiencies in communication skills, which affected computer security, threatened by computer attacks, data theft and hacking of web pages, officers. The methodological design took into account the structurahst epistemic model, the sociocritical paradigm and the ethnographic method with a qualitative instrumental approach in obtaining and managing data, which measures the impact of digital gaps and computer security in socioeconomic environments made up of parents of family, students and auditors in computer security. Results and conclusions show how social vulnerability translates digital vulnerability; how budgetary vulnerability becomes digital vulnerability in public education.
