The study also analyzed the perspectives of employees and employers on how AI and ML can improve supply chain activities by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. Furthermore, the study examined how AI and ML can help predict demand, manage suppliers, reduce inventory and operating costs, improve customer service, and increase efficiency and productivity. The study provided evidence and added to the literature that AI and ML-enabled machines can make intelligent decisions and reduce errors, leading to optimal supply chain performance. Ultimately, this study aimed to provide supply chain professionals with insights into the potential benefits of AI and ML in supply chain and operations management.
