Abstract
The primary reason for doing this research was due to the fast-paced nature of the technology sector and the significant progress that has been made in project management. As AI technologies continue to evolve and become more accessible, it is increasingly important for project managers to understand the potential benefits and challenges that AI can bring to their work. This study reviews existing literature on AI and project management, analyzes case studies of AI adoption in project management, and provides insights into how AI can be integrated into project management practices. The study concludes that AI has the potential to improve project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and decision-making but also highlights the need for project managers to address the ethical and social implications of AI. Overall, this dissertation offers a comprehensive analysis of the intersection of AI and project management, providing valuable insights for practitioners and researchers
