Analysis of the goal and path of rural living environment upgrade under the strategy of rural revitalization

Abstract

在国家乡村振兴战略下，乡村人居环境整治逐渐引起社会的高度关注。尽管近年来我国乡村人居环境取得较大改善，但仍存在整治不均衡、不充分的情况，部分地区脏乱差现象较为普遍。本文基于乡村人居环境内涵及其现有研究与工作实践，深入剖析乡村人居环境整治在系统规划设计、技术政策、系统协调性、管理机制体制等方面的突出问题，并结合乡村人居环境整治的实际需求，提出乡村人居环境整治的实现路径，旨在拓宽乡村人居环境整治思路，助力乡村振兴。

Under the national rural revitalization strategy, the rural living environment has gradually attracted great attention from society. Although China's rural human settlement environment has been greatly improved in recent years, there are still uneven and inadequate remediations, and the phenomenon of being dirty and messy in some areas is still relatively common. Based on the connotation of rural human settlement environment and its existing research and work practice, this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems of rural human settlement environment management in system planning and design, technical policy, system coordination, management mechanisms, and systems. It puts forward the target design ideas and realization paths of rural human settlement environment management in combination with the actual needs of rural human settlement environment renovation, aiming at broadening the ideas of rural human settlement environment renovation and helping rural revitalization.
