There are many versions in books and on the internet about what are the ten best foods for human beings. There are fans of probiotics, avocado, fermented foods, sprouts, ginger and others that have thousands of followers.
Some come and go, surfing the waves of fashion, without underestimating their nutritional values. And it also depends on who puts together the list, whether a naturopathic doctor, ayurveda, homeopath, sports doctor, etc..
