The concept of awareness was inspired by Vipassana, a Buddhist meditation technique. The goal of this study is to examine the physiological indicators of attention and autonomic modulation in experienced Vipassana meditators to determine whether mindfulness is true. Excessive stress can result in excessive smoking, drug use, and domestic violence, strained relationships with peers, juniors or seniors, or even clients, all of which can result in indirect loss for a company. Vipassana Meditation is a technique for reducing work-related stress as well as family and other social issues. It is a completely secular and scientific technique that restores tranquillity to the human psyche and society.
