Giacomo Bocchio enjoys from his soul talking about recipes, culinary secrets and above all he is enthusiastic about sharing what he drank since he was a child in his native Tacna; thanks to a family whose tradition and history was marked by the kitchen. The now popular television personality of "El Gran Chef Famosos", always hand in hand with the profession he is passionate about, celebrates the publication of his book "Elevate your culinary game" (Editorial Planeta) with more than 100 recipes of our and international cuisine, aimed at those who intend to follow in his footsteps.
"With the book I want to reach the professional cook, or the one who wants to be a professional cook and who has not had the advantages or the facilities I had, or could not reach the kitchens I reached or learn from those I learned from.
