Last December 11, Nicaragua learned that the Ortega regime has in its hands another great project of those that it usually announces and never begins. This time it is the Nuclear Medicine Center, "which is being developed with the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, ROSATOM", said the press release issued by the government.
