Jorgenrique Adoum: autobiografías imaginadas. Entre Marx y una mujer desnuda y Ciudad sin ángel

Abstract

La obra literaria del ecuatoriano Jorgenrique Adoum está caracterizada por la alteración del lenguaje y su intención reiterativa de describir la "otra realidad", esa que permite escuchar la voz de los seres humanos desplazados y silenciados por la sociedad y por la historia. Así mismo, en el acto de reiterar, Adoum establece un tejido transtextual en su obra que permite rastrear conexiones entre géneros literarios, distintos períodos de escritura del autor y temas constantes en su obra. ¿Qué función cumple la escritura a lo largo de la vida de Adoum? Este texto apuesta por dar testimonio de su vida a través de autobiografías imaginadas que permiten, en la otra realidad, la restitución de los ausentes de la realidad oficial injusta y fracturada. The literary work of the Ecuadorian Jorgenrique Adoum is characterized by the alteration of language and his reiterative intention to describe the "other reality", that which allows us to hear the voice of human beings displaced and silenced by society and history. Likewise, in the act of reiterating, Adoum establishes a transtextual fabric in his work that allows us to trace connections between literary genres, different periods of the author's writing and constant themes in his work. What is the function of writing throughout Adoum's life? This text aims to give testimony of his life through imagined autobiographies that allow, in the other reality, the restitution of those absent from the unjust and fractured official reality.
