Habitar-envelhecer no Século XXI : Mobilidade e Proximidade

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o habitar e envelhecer no século XXI sobre o tema da habitação. Quais as formas de habitar do futuro para populações cada vez mais envelhecidas e que precisam muitas vezes de cuidados assistidos.

Ao tema principal é introduzido o subtema Mobilidade e Proximidade, e a importância na habitação do futuro e na sua relação com as populações.

O desenvolvimento desses temas e a respectiva relação com a habitação do século XXI é feita através do projecto desenvolvido desde a escala urbana até a habitação, apoiado em estudos de caso e análise do terreno a intervir.

Numa altura em que as populações são cada vez mais envelhecidas, as preocupações com a habitação dos idosos são cada vez maiores, de forma a garantir um maior conforto, segurança, bem-estar.

This paper discusses the live and grow old in the twenty-first century on the theme of housing. What forms of living for the future increasingly aged population and often need assisted care.

The main theme is introduced subtheme Mobility and Proximity, and the importance of housing in the future and its relationship with the people.

The development of these themes and their relationship to the dwelling of the twenty-first century is done through the project developed from the up-scale urban housing, supported by case studies and analysis of the land to intervene.

At a time when people are increasingly aged, concerns about housing the elderly are increasing in order to ensure greater comfort, safety, welfare.
