Abstract

Starting from this problem, the research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and managerial skills of managers on the quality of service offered by these associations, all under the perception of their members. To overcome conflicts, the research proposes the design and implementation of an organizational change process based on action research, the implementation of an awareness and team integration program, and the audit of the functions of human resources offices. According to their private governance regime, all the authorities forming their governing and supervisory bodies are elected by universal suffrage. An explanation of the unavoidable political behavior existing in these organizations comes from the fact that among their ranks are teachers who, in their youth, led union movements fighting against the abuses they received from various governments. [...]despite their advanced age, they continue to harbor a reactive sentiment against anything that in any way signifies a lack of attention to their needs or demands.
