A new affordable family festival will take place in Staffordshire in July. The Rising will take over Kibblestone Scout Camp, near Stone, from July 4-6, with tickets for the 2,000-capacity event already selling well. The first acts to be announced are Death of Guitar Pop, Dub Pistols, Loonaloop, Banco De Gaia, Subgiant, Brian Stone & the Masters of None, 3 Daft Monkeys, Jemma Johnson, True Deceivers, Spacehopper, Glowbones, Ed Tangent, Clumsy, Templehead, Magic Lantern and Indigo Herder.
