This thesis provides a comprehensive, chronological overview of ecumenical and interfaith organizations within the Greater Kansas City region from 1925 to 2019. The development of this activity is demonstrated through profiles of thirty-seven different ecumenical and interfaith organizations, describing their formation, mission, membership, structure, and activity. This research aims to preserve the notably distinct history of the Greater Kansas City region, offering a unique exploration of the formation and development of ecumenical and interfaith activity at a local level.
