The Apprentice's Amy Anzel accused the show of changing her product design
The Apprentice 2022 contestant Amy Anzel has accused producers of manipulating her toothbrush design without her knowledge in a bid to make her look silly. During her series, beauty business owner Amy took on the role as sub-team leader and was tasked to create a children's electric toothbrush, aimed at six to eight year olds.
Amy, now 50, said she was confident they'd "smash" the task as, at the time, she had a son of a similar age, while project manager Francesca Kennedy Wallbank also had previous experience in producing toothbrushes. With the young demographic in mind, the team opted to go for an "orange, unisex and space-themed" product, which included space-inspired logos such as rockets, stars and space ships.
