Abstract

Bu çalışmada tavuklardan izole edilen SalmonellaInfantis etkenlerinin antibiyotik dirençliliğinin araştırılması amaçlandı.

Çalışmada, tavuk kümeslerinden alınan altlık ve toz materyallerinde izole ve identifiye edilmiş 355 adet S. Infantis suşu kullanıldı. Ayrıca kaşılaştırma yapılması amacıyla 6 adet S. Corvallis, 5 adet S. Dabou, 19 adet S. Enteritidis, 1 adet S. Kentucky, 13 adet S. Liverpool, 1 adet S. Hadar izolasyon ve identifikasyonu yapıldı. İdentifiye edilen suşlarda antibiyotik duyarlılık testleri Kirby-Bauer yöntemiyle araştırıldı. Antibiyogram testi sonucunda S. Infantis izolatlarının; 2 (% 0.56)'si amikacin'e, 79 (% 22.2)'u amoxicillin'e, 80 (% 22.5)'i ampicillin'e, 21 (% 5.9)'i cefotaxime'e, 20 (% 5.6)'si cefoxitin'e, 55 (% 15.4)'i cephalothin'e, 25 (% 7)'i chloramphenicol'e, 12 (% 3.3)'si ciprofloxacin'e, 353 (% 99.4)'ü eritromycin'e, 18 (% 5)'i florphenicol'e, 17 (% 4.7)'si gentamicin'e, 173 (% 48.7)'ü Kanamycin'e, 206 (% 58)'sı streptomycin'e, 348 (% 98)'i sulphamethoxazole'e, 335 (% 94.3) tetracycline'e, 292 (% 82.2)'si ise trimethoprim'e karşı dirençli bulundu. S. Corvallis izolatlarıının; 4 (% 66.6)'ü amoxicillin'e, 4 (% 66.6)'ü ampicillin'e, 5 (% 83.3)'i eritromycin'e, 1 (% 16.6)'i sulphamethoxazole'e, 1 (% 16.6)'i tetracycline'e, 1 (% 16.6)'i trimethoprim'e dirençli bulunurken florphenicol'e karşı direnç saptanmamıştır. S. Dabou izolatlarının; 5 (% 100)'i amoxicillin, ampicillin, eritromycin, tetracycline, trimethoprim'e, 1 (% 20)'i sulphamethoxazole'e dirençli bulunurken florphenicol'e karşı direnç saptanmamıştır. S. Enteritidis izolatlarının 3 (% 15.7)'ü amoxicillin ve ampicillin'e, 17 (% 89.4)'si eritromycin'e, 6 (% 31.5)'sı sulphamethoxazole ve trimethoprim'e, 5 (% 26.3)'i tetracycline'e dirençli bulunurken florphenicol'e karşı direnç saptanmamıştır. S. Hadar izolatı amoxicillin ve ampicillin'e karşı dirençli bulunurken; eritromycin, florphenicol, sulphamethoxazole, tetracycline ve trimethoprim'e karşı direnç gözlenmedi. S. Kentucky izolatı eritromycin'e dirençli bulunurken; amoxicillin, ampicillin, florphenicol, sulphamethoxazole, tetracycline ve trimethoprim'e karşı direnç gözlenmedi. S. Liverpool izolatlarının; 11 (% 84.6)'i eritromycin'e, 1 (% 7.6)'i sulphamethoxazole, tetracycline ve trimethoprim'e dirençli olarak bulunurken amoxicillin, ampicillin ve florphenicol'e karşı direnç saptanmadı. S. Infantis harici 45 adet suşun 13 (%28.8)'ü amoxicillin ve ampicillin'e, 39 (% 86.6)'u eritromycin'e, 6 (% 13.3)'sı streptomycin'e,9 (% 20)'u sulphamethoxazole ve kanamycin'e, 7 (% 15.1)'si tetracycline'e, 8 (% 17.7)'i trimethoprim'e dirençli bulunurken ciprofloxacin, florphenicol ve gentamicin'e karşı 45 suşta da direnç gözlenmedi.

Sonuç olarak, dirençli S. Infantis sayısının ve yüzdesinin en yüksek görüldüğü antibiyotik 353 (% 99.4) suşla eritromycin olarak belirlenirken; en düşük görüldüğü antibiyotik 2 (% 0.5) suşla amikacin olarak belirlendi. Ayrıca en yüksek dirençli suş yüzdesi % 99.4 ile macrolid grubunda bulunurken, en düşük yüzdenin % 3.3 ile florquinolon grubunda olduğu tespit edildi.

The aim of this study was to investigate antibiotic resistance to SalmonellaInfantis isolated from chickens.

In this study, 355 S. Infantis strains used which was isolated and identified from litter and dust in chicken fowl. In addition, 6 S. Corvallis, 5 S. Dabou, 19 S. Enteritidis, 1 S. Kentucky, 13 S. Liverpool, 1 S. Hadar strains isolated and identified for comparison. Identified strains antibiotic susceptibility test with Kirby-Bauer was investigated. As a result of antibiogram test; S. Infantis susceptible rate was, 2 (% 0.56) to Amikacin, 79 (% 22.25) to Amoxicillin, 80 (% 22.53) to Ampicillin, 21 (% 5.91) to Cefotaxime, 20 (% 5.63) to Cefoxitin, 55 (% 15.49) to Cephalothin, 25 (% 7.04) to Chloramphenicol, 12 (%3.38) to Ciprofloxacin, 353 (% 99.43) to Eritromycin, 18 (% 5.07) to Florphenicol, 17 (% 4.78) to Gentamicin, 173 (%48.73) to Kanamycin, 206 (%58.02) to Streptomycin, 348 (% 98.02) to Sulphamethoxazole, 335 (% 94.36) to Tetracycline, 292 (% 82.25) to Trimethoprim. S. Corvallis susceptable rate was, 4 (% 66.66) to Amoxicillin, 4 (% 66.66) to Ampicillin, 5 (% 83.33) to Eritromycin, 1 (% 16.66) to Sulphamethoxazole, 1 (% 16.66) to Tetracycline, 1 (% 16.66) to Trimethoprim and there was no resistance determined against Florphenicol. S. Dabou susceptable rate was, 5 (% 100) to Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Eritromycin, Tetracycline and Trimethoprim, 1 (% 20) to Sulphamethoxazole and there was no resistance determined against Florphenicol. S. Enteritidis susceptable rate was, 3 (% 15.78) to Amoxicillin and Ampicillin, 17 (% 89.47) to Eritromycin, 6 (%31.57) to Sulphamethoxazole and Trimethoprim, 5 (% 26.31) to Tetracycline and there was no resistance determined against Florphenicol. For S. Hadar strain, although there was resistance determined against Amoxicillin and Ampicillin, there was no resistance determined against Eritromycin, Florphenicol, Sulphamethoxazole, Tetracycline and Trimethoprim. For S. Kentucky strain although there was resistance determined against Eritromycin, there was no resistance determined against Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Florphenicol, Sulphamethoxazole, Tetracycline and Trimethoprim. S. Liverpool susceptable rate was, 11 (% 84.61) to Eritromycin, 1 (%7.69) to Sulphamethoxazole, Tetracycline and Trimethoprim and there was no resistance determined against Amoxicillin, Ampicillin and Florphenicol. 45 strains except S. Infantis susceptible rate was, 13 (%28.88) to Amoxicillin and Ampicillin, 39 (% 86.66) to Eritromycin, 9 (% 20) to Sulphamethoxazole, 7 (%15.15) to Tetracycline, 8 (% 17.77) to Trimethoprim and there was no resistance determined against Florphenicol.

As a result, it has been found that the antibiotic 353 (% 99.4) that had been seen the highest rate and resistant S. Infantis number, is the Eritromycin. Besides, it has been found that the antibiotic 2 (% 0.5), which was the lowest percentage, is the amikacin. Moreover, it has been found that the highest resistant strain percentage % 99.4, is in the group of macrolids and the lowest percentage, that is % 3.3, is in the group of flouroquinolones.
