Controlling in construction management

Abstract

Building construction is marked by various dynamic changes especially with regard to cost- and time-limits. It is useful to employ a control system that works on planning and construction controlling. A method has developed giving the possibility to use personal computers. Project examples done in civil works by the contractor show how the method works.
