Abstract

Taking the survey data of the libraries of some universities and colleges in Jiangning District,this paper aims to study the present situation of students using various library resources in universities and colleges of different levels and compare the characteristics of their circulations and future developments through sampling investigation,comparative analysis and other methods. The results show that universities and colleges of different levels have relatively specific orientations in terms of library collection resources,but there is still large room for improvement in the allocation of resources and personalized service. Based on this,this paper puts forward the solutions on how to optimize the allocation of resources and provide more comprehensive personalized service in order to make sure every role in libraries is well played.
