Abstract

Purpose of the research work was to determine the relationship that exists between motivation and learning achievements in the area of Education for Work in students of the advanced cycle of CEBA 32 in Puno, 2022. The type of research is basic, with a level correlational, transversal quantitative approach. The population consisted of 41 students and non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used in the sample and was made up of 37 students, considering the grades with the largest number of students. In addition, the survey technique was used to collect data and the instrument for the motivation variable was the 24-item questionnaire and for the second variable learning achievements we used the annual report cards of the Education for Work area. Likewise, data processing was carried out using the statistical program SPSS V–26 by variables and dimensions. Then the hypotheses were contrasted at a general and specific level, using Spearman's Rho statistic, the research determined that there is a significant correlation (rho = 0.439) between motivation and learning achievements in the area of Education for Work in students of the advanced cycle of the Industrial Alternative Basic Education Center 32 of Puno in the year 2022. Finally, we maintain that good and timely motivation will improve the learning achievements of students of the aforementioned institution.
