Los procesos gubernamentales a través de la ontología del comic mexicano siglo XX y XXI analiza la narrativa de la caricatura a partir del porfiriato con la intención de crear el debate de la historieta mexicana, esto partiendo de los estereotipos usados para crear oposiciones, hasta la filiación por hiperbolizar al otro desde el cuerpo, raza o religión.
