Abstract
In this paper, a sub-1V high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) Bandgap Voltage Reference with temperature compensation is presented to provide a reference voltage for the Low Dropout Regulator (LDO). This bandgap can compensate the output circuit through a temperature compensation structure, which outputs a sub-1V reference voltage and has a low-temperature coefficient. The 55 nm CMOS process is used for design and simulation. The temperature range is 165°C (-45°C∼120°C). At the TT process corner, when the typical voltage value is 2.5 V, the Temperature Coefficient (TC) is 4.751 ppm/°C, and the PSRR is up to -107 dB at low frequencies.
