THE time has come for 'Generations: The Legacy' to bid farewell to a few of its long-standing characters.
Actors Buntu Petse, Karabo Maseko, Zizipho Buti and Rebaone Kgosimore are leaving the beloved soap opera.
'Through their stellar performances, these actors have contributed significantly to the show's rich history. Their departure marks a bittersweet moment,' the show's statement reads.
'These actors have consistently demonstrated their talent, dedication and versatility, captivating viewers and earning a special place in the hearts of fans. We will miss them and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.'
Kgosimore portrays the character of Paul Moroka Jr in the SABC1 soap opera. Viewers initially expressed dissatisfaction with his acting, raising complaints online.
Buti joined 'Generations: The Legacy' in 2020, along with TV presenter-turned-actor Maseko. The actors are moving on to other projects, continuing to build solid names for themselves in the industry.
