Abstract
Industry 5.0 represents a synergistic blend of advanced technologies and organizational principles, focusing on sustainability, resilience, and human-centered applications in production systems. This evolution is marked by the increasing implementation of cutting-edge technologies. As an integral component of Industry 5.0, Healthcare 5.0 seamlessly integrates emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), 5G/6G, cloud computing, and nanotechnology. This integration aims to revolutionize patient care and smart healthcare systems by focusing on human wellbeing, personalized healthcare, wellness monitoring, and sustainability. Despite its potential, Healthcare 5.0 faces unique challenges. These include ensuring data security and privacy issues on sensitive healthcare information, addressing the lack of technological infrastructure required for integrating smart healthcare systems, bridging skill gaps on AI solutions, addressing funding issues on small and medium-sized enterprises, and establishing appropriate policy and regulatory frameworks at professional and organizational levels. To address these challenges, we propose the Healthcare 5.0 framework, which responds to the needs of at-home patients by integrating fundamental wearable sensors (e.g., ECG, blood pressure) primarily developed using nanotechnology and providing access to telemedicine and remote health monitoring with the integration of 6G, federated learning and secure Blockchain technologies. The framework also meets the needs of frontline healthcare professionals by offering autonomous systems to simplify their daily routines. Additionally, we employ a variety of transportation services to make smart healthcare services accessible in underdeveloped regions. With potential future developments in cutting-edge technologies, our proposed Healthcare 5.0 framework could be further advanced with the integration of drones with extended ranges, satellite internet access, and quantum computing.

1. Introduction
Starting with the invention of steam engines in the late 18th century, Industry 1.0 marked the beginning of mechanized production. This was followed by Industry 2.0, which introduced mass production and assembly lines, and Industry 3.0, which integrated computer systems and automation to increase efficiency and speed in industrial processes. Finally, Industry 4.0 represents the most significant leap forward, incorporating emerging technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (VR/AR), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Additive Manufacturing, Autonomous Robots, Cybersecurity and Digital Twin (DT).
