Jose Vergara and Camilo Quintero are a couple of influencers, with a love story like no other; they belong to the LGBTIQ+ community and share through social networks, just as their name says, @ourdailylivesg 'Our daily lives'.

A different childhood
We cannot talk about 'Jose & Cami' without first talking about Jose and Camilo. The latter, born in 1988, grew up in Medellín where he was educated in a Catholic Jesuit institution. Later he had the opportunity to 'soak' in other cultures in countries such as France, Germany and Italy.
On the other side of the country, Jose was born and grew up with his brother, father and mother. Like Cami, Jose had the privilege of living in a different culture from his usual surroundings when, at the age of 17, he lived in London.
Growing up being different in a country like Colombia is not easy and although from an early age it was clear to them that this differential would be their strength and not their weakness, their contexts forged each of their personalities.
Jose tells that, during his childhood, he was very attached to his mom and always felt more complicity and identification with the women around him. "I was a ball of glitter... but I never let myself be self-conscious, I felt different from all my peers, I identified more with what girls...
