HAUNTING images from the Holocaust drawn by a Jewish artist are to be sold by Sotheby's in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Thursday. Joseph Bau, recruited from a Nazi concentration camp in Poland to work in Oskar Schindler's factory as a draughtsman, drew the pictures after the Holocaust, both as a purgative and a memorial to the millions who died.
Five drawings have been given an estimated price of pounds 3,000. One, of three politicians - one with no ears, one lacking a mouth, the other with no eyes - represents world statesmen before...
