Eastern Hutt School aims to help its pupils become lifelong learners by giving them the necessary skills and attitudes

EASTERN Hutt School principal Dianne Patterson says the school community is excited about being involved in education.
She says the school provides programmes, facilities and resources which allow it to be an effective learning community.
"We provide educational opportunities for children, teachers and parents, and focus on cooperative learning. We provide opportunities for development in all areas including academic, sporting, cultural and social."
