Impacto de la inteligencia artificial en la pérdida de empleos y el derecho al trabajo.

Abstract

En la actualidad, la inteligencia artificial (IA) forma parte del día a día, regulando muchas actividades cotidianas a través de sistemas y mecanismos avanzados. Esta investigación, basada en un enfoque cualitativo y entrevistas semiestructuradas, tuvo como objetivo comprender el impacto de la IA en el empleo humano, explorando sus beneficios y desafíos. Entre las principales conclusiones se evidencia que la inteligencia artificial tiene un gran potencial para el progreso social y la industria del software, y su desarrollo requiere de una regulación ética y de una fuerza laboral adaptada a los rápidos cambios tecnológicos, con el fin de garantizar un crecimiento sostenible.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is now a part of everyday life, regulating many everyday activities through advanced systems and mechanisms. This research, based on a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews, aimed to understand the impact of AI on human employment, exploring its benefits and challenges. Among the main conclusions, it is evident that artificial intelligence has great potential for social progress and the software industry, and its development requires ethical regulation, and a workforce adapted to rapid technological changes, in order to guarantee sustainable growth.
