Abstract

La bioética se ha vuelto crucial, considerando aspectos como: la responsabilidad laboral de los actores de la salud, el aumento de pruebas diagnósticas en comparación con las probabilidades terapéuticas, la nueva comprensión de salud y enfermedad, y la concepción ideológica del término "persona"; por ello, esta investigación se centra en identificar los fundamentos filosóficos y epistemológicos que guían el actuar del personal de salud frente a dilemas bioéticos, especialmente en situaciones de alta vulnerabilidad humana. Se pretende encontrar principios éticos que orienten el comportamiento médico en tales circunstancias, ayudando a discernir entre lo bueno y lo malo, lo correcto e incorrecto, y lo justo e injusto, cuando la vida humana está en juego y depende de la biomedicina.
