May 14 -- Beeline issued the following news release:
PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline brand) announces the launch of a B2S [*] platform for Internet services. With the transition to the B2S-platform Beeline, service companies will be able to switch from telephone spam to consistent communication with customers. And using a set of platform APIs, developers can easily create voice services and mobile applications for businesses without infrastructure capital costs, which will allow companies to save up to several million dollars.
The task of the platform is to screen out ineffective tactics, such as cold calls, and to offer instead new voice communication scenarios. Even for the largest companies, communication scripts customized for each end customer will be available.
