The New Technology of Intelligent Health Physical Fitness Detection Based on Mobile Terminal

Abstract

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, the use of electronic mobile terminals such as mobile terminals has become very popular, and people who are at the forefront of the times are almost completely covered by electronic mobile terminals such as mobile phones. The traditional physical fitness test becomes more complicated and often needs the help of others. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the new technology of intelligent health fitness testing based on the mobile terminal, discusses its application at home and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting physical fitness testing. The evaluation criteria of healthy physical fitness items are introduced, and make full use of the characteristics of mobile Internet to realize real-time physical fitness testing. Intelligent physical measurement is of great significance to promote the development of physical fitness testing in China.
