Abstract

This research paper, aims to extend the application of the procedure of juvenile offenders in our legislation, is being governed by the provisions contained in the Code of Children and Adolescents, it is necessary that the enactment of the Criminal Procedure Code enacted on 29 July 2004 by Legislative Decree 957 and put into effect in the Judicial District of Puno in October 2009 , you do not have a procedure in which it can be applied to the case of minors, a situation that leads to that paradigm of law has no presence in the functioning of juvenile offenders, which should lead to it model based on orality, publicity through hearings agile, efficient cross-examination, performance of probative evidence, that we must learn and go perfecting.
