Adolescentes em situação de rua: significações sobre escola, trabalho e família

Palavras-chave: adolescentes em situação de rua, escola, família, redução da desigualdade, significação, trabalho ABSTRACT This study sought to analyze the meanings of school, work, and family from the perspective of adolescents living on the streets in the largest city in the interior of the state of Bahia, Feira de Santana (BA, Brazil). Affective signs, self-responsibility, and collective blame were related to staying in or dropping out of school, paternal violence, and family conflicts suggested implications in the moral behavior of adolescents, and work activities for personal and family survival exposed processes of internalization and externalization of values distancing from infringing acts.
