Abstract
In order to save investment in ground treatment for large pumping station projects, the design scheme of using strength composite piles instead of bored piles is adopted to achieve economic and efficient design. Engineering practice has proven that all indicators of the strength composite piles meet the requirements of the specifications, ensuring the safety and stability of the main structure of the pumping station, greatly saving engineering investment and shortening the construction period. The large-scale application of strength composite piles in large pumping station projects has played a good reference and demonstration role.
