Theoretica-methodological Training Program for Worship Leaders of the Independent Evangelical Church of Placetas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to equip the worship leaders of the Independent Evangelical Church of Placetas to minister to the congregation with biblical theological solidity in public worship. It focuses on the need for specialized training in the biblical theological foundations of congregational worship for the improvement of ministerial practice. The project director led the participants in training sessions combining theoretical-methodological elements necessary for the leaders' ministerial performance. The training developed is applicable to other churches regardless of their geographic location.
