This study is entitled the effect of perceived organizational support, knowledge management, transformational leadership style on psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior and its impact on innovative work behavior in the state civil apparatus of East Kutai Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, knowledge management, transformational leadership style on psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior and the impact of innovative work behavior on the state civil apparatus of East Kutai Regency. This research uses survey techniques by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data or information obtained is processed by statistical methods using Smart PLS software. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the data obtained by researchers, the population in this study is the number of secretaries and heads of fields in the Regional Apparatus Organization in East Kutai Regency as many as 166 people. The data in this study were collected through the questionnaire method, namely by submitting several statements lists to respondents tailored to the research objectives. The questionnaire in this study was made based on indicators of each research variable. While the measurement scale of the questionnaire used a Likert scale. The results showed that perceptions of organizational support, knowledge management, transformational leadership style had a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior and had a significant positive impact on innovative work behavior on the state civil apparatus of East Kutai Regency.
