Abstract

This study explores the application of neural network (NN) technology in vocational education design and innovation ability training and constructs a comprehensive teaching system integrating intelligent design assistance, personalized learning paths, and automatic evaluation feedback. Through a semester-long empirical study, this paper compares the learning effects of 120 design students under the traditional teaching and an NN-assisted teaching mode. The results show that the NN-aided system significantly improved students' design quality, learning efficiency, and innovation ability, and at the same time, enhanced their learning interests and autonomous learning ability. This research not only provides a new perspective for the innovation of teaching methods in vocational education but also reveals a new way to promote students' comprehensive quality by using advanced information technology. The research shows that the teaching scheme supported by NN technology in vocational education can provide a valuable reference case for future education models.
