In Chapter 1, COMM is presented as an outsourcing company specializing in the mining sector with a significant potential for expansion in the Industrial Sector. In Chapter 4, a variety of alternatives are presented to address the identified problems and their root causes. A Roadmap is developed that prioritizes the chronological execution of each proposed solution, ensuring that an integrated approach is taken without ruling out any relevant options.
In Chapter 5, the Balanced Scorecard is developed, which serves as a tool to align the company's strategy with its performance. A detailed implementation plan is included along with the corresponding budget for the top roadmap priority, ensuring a clear focus on the effective execution of the strategies.
