Relación entre ciertas dinámicas familiares y el abuso sexual infantil: análisis cualitativo en un contexto de intervención

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓNEl presente estudio pretende dar a conocer la relación existente entre ciertas dinámicas familiares y el abuso sexual infantil, con la finalidad de concientizar y entregar directrices de prevención, detección e intervención, para profesionales que trabajan en contextos de infancia y adolescencia y para la sociedad en general. MÉTODO Esta investigación es de corte cualitativo fenomenológico. Los instrumentos utilizados han sido entrevistas y análisis de informes de familias que han sufrido uno o más casos de abuso sexual infantil o adolescente. Todos los discursos fueron analizados con el software de datos cualitativos Atlas Ti 23. RESULTADOS Se establece una relación entre ciertas dinámicas familiares no protectoras y el abuso sexual infantil. DISCUSIÓN/CONCLUSIÓN Esta investigación pretende ser una propuesta indagatoria para proporcionar ciertas orientaciones que permitan potenciar contextos saludables y sin violencia, ya sea dentro del seno familiar, como fuera de éste, y como antesala a una futura investigación que aporte un instrumento metodológico que permita detectar a tiempo estas situaciones de riesgo.

INTRODUCTION This study aims to make known the relationship between certain family dynamics and child sexual abuse, with the purpose of raising awareness and providing prevention, detection and intervention guidelines for professionals who work in childhood and adolescent contexts and for the society in general. METHOD This research is qualitative phenomenological. The instruments used have been interviews and analysis of reports from families who have been victims of one or more cases of child or adolescent sexual abuse. All speeches were analyzed with the Atlas Ti 23 qualitative data software. RESULTS A relationship is established between certain non-protective family dynamics and child sexual abuse. DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION This research aims to be an investigative proposal to provide certain guidelines that allow promoting healthy and violence-free contexts, whether within the family, or outside it, and as a prelude to future research that provides a methodological instrument that allows detect these risk situations in time.
