Adli Muhasebe Konusundaki Makalelerin Scopus İle Bibliyometrik Analizi: 2000-2024 Dönemi İçin Dünyadaki Küresel Eğilimler

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, adli muhasebe alanındaki küresel araştırma eğilimlerini; yayın çıktıları, ortak yazarlık, bağlı ülkeler ve yazar anahtar kelimeleri üzerinden incelemektir. Çalışmada, adli muhasebe ile ilgili makalelerin bibliyometrik analizi Scopus veri tabanı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2000-2024 yılları arasında tarama yapılarak işletme, yönetim ve muhasebe alanında 2.217 makale elde edilmiştir. Makaleler yayın yılı, kaynaklar, yazarlar ve kurumlar gibi bibliyometrik unsurlar ışığında incelenmiştir. 2000'li yılların başlarında konuya dair yapılan çalışmaların sınırlı olduğu, ancak 2020 yılından itibaren bu alanda önemli bir artış gözlemlendiği belirlenmiştir. Scopus kategorisi altında, en yüksek atıf sayısına sahip yazar, 662 atıfla Riley, Richard A. olurken, en çok makale yayımlayan yazar ise 13 makale ile Alshurafat, Hashem'dir. En çok makale yayınlayan ve atıf alan ülke Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’dir. “Journal of Business Ethics” dergisi, en fazla atıf alan ve en çok makale yayımlayan dergi olarak öne çıkmaktadır. “Hile”, “Kurumsal yönetim” ve “Adli Muhasebe” en yaygın kullanılan anahtar kelimelerdir.

This study aims to examine global research trends in the field of forensic accounting by analyzing publication outputs, co-authorship, affiliated countries, and co-occurrence of author keywords based on bibliometric analysis. The bibliometric analysis of articles related to forensic accounting was conducted using the Scopus database. A search spanning the years 2000–2024 resulted in 2,217 articles in the field of business, management, and accounting. The articles were analyzed in light of bibliometric elements such as publication year, sources, authors, and institutions. It was found that research on the subject was limited in the early 2000s, but there has been a significant increase in this area since 2020. Under the Scopus category, the author with the highest number of citations is Riley, Richard A., with 662 citations, while the most prolific author is Alshurafat, Hashem, with 13 published articles. The United States is the country with the highest number of publications and citations. The Journal of Business Ethics stands out as the most cited journal and the one with the highest number of publications. The most commonly used keywords are “fraud,” “corporate governance,” and “forensic accounting.”
