Fancy working in a recording studio?
It's a thankless task to start with - long hours, churlish bassists and a singer who won't start until he's had colonic irrigation.
That last task won't be up to you, but you'll be expected to run all sorts of errands. You will get a good grounding and the world may eventually be your lobster.
The Birmingham Music people have a vacancy for a studio assistant to work in their new recording studio. The successful applicant will work alongside the Studio Manager. No experience is necessary and this is a great opportunity for someone to start a career in the music business.
The role will take up 35 hours per week of your time but it's more than likely the hours won't fall into the usual 9am-5pm...
