HIGHLIGHT of the visual arts year for many, the Royal Ulster Academy Annual Exhibition, has in recent times been dragging itself into the tail end of the 20th century.
But that, thankfully, is in the past.This year's exhibition hangs some splendid works and the awards judge, Dublin gallery owner Gerald Davis, has the eye to pick them.
