The conventional intelligent scheduling method of computing network mainly focuses on the elastic scheduling of on-demand distribution, which has the problem of unbalanced computing power in actual scenarios, affecting the quality of computing network scheduling and management. Therefore, the intelligent scheduling and management of computing network brain in computing power network is studied. Sense the computing power scheduling status node of the computing power network, determine the ability of the current node to provide services for user requests, and provide basic conditions for subsequent computing power network scheduling. The intelligent scheduling model of computing power network is constructed based on computing power network brain, and the balance of intelligent scheduling is measured by load balance evaluation factor from the perspective of full utilization of computing power network resources. It generates a computing network MEC management mechanism to manage the round-trip delay from the access point to and from the edge node, computing network transmission bandwidth and other indicators to meet the economic needs of computing network intelligent scheduling. The simulation experiment shows that the scheduling and management effect of this method is better and can be applied in real life.
