The present work focuses on developing an advanced hardware version of the circuit with enhanced power quality, single phase to three-phase signal conversion for gridconnected photovoltaic systems. The paper is aimed at designing the proposed circuit to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the given $12 ~\mathrm{V}, 25 ~\mathrm{W}$ photovoltaic system using the buck converter, oscillation section, charge controller circuit, MBR20 A (100 V rectifier), and Excluma frequency duty cycle module. This system uses energy efficiently, improves voltage regulation, and converts a single-phase input into a three-phase output with minimal harmonic distortion. The circuit can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of load conditions because of the step-down voltage regulation of the buck converter. The Excluma frequency duty cycle module modulates the signal for precise switching control. It provides three-phase stable signals with negligible oscillation anomalies through the oscillation section. Charge controllers effectively control energy flow and protect the PV system from overcharge and reverse current by using MBR-20A rectifier components. It makes power quality along with improved hardware design analysis and testing better and reliable for the system. Results validate the potential of the system for small-scale PV systems that are connected to the grid in terms of demonstrating environmentally friendly and efficient energy solutions.
