The immunomodulatory, antiviral, anti‐ulcer, antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, antihyperglycemic, antifungal, and anti‐carcinogenic properties of neem and its components are well known. This comprehensive review highlights the diverse phytochemicals derived from neem leaves, extraction techniques, and their medicinal value in treating of multiple medical conditions.
