Abstract

Enclosed the research titled "An Analysis of Individual Factors Affecting Internal Knowledge Transfer and Their Effect on Organizational Memory." The objective of this research was to measure the factors that influence students' attitudes toward repaying their student loans. A sample of 116 employees, both men and women, working in any type of public or private industry, was collected. The study concluded that employee attitudes and an organizational culture based on trust and continuous learning were proven to be the foundation that sustains and enlivens the knowledge transfer process and were revealed to be decisive factors for knowledge to flow and become organizational memory. In turn, the study demonstrated that shared knowledge does not disappear quickly, but rather is converted into organizational memory, promoting long-term learning and sustainability.
