It happened a few weeks ago in General Roca, Río Negro. A man sued an automaker and one of its dealerships after buying a high-end 0 km vehicle that had multiple faults from the very beginning. In one of the appeals filed by his lawyer in order to collect compensation for punitive damages, the Civil, Commercial, Family and Mining Court of Appeals detected irregularities in the brief. After an exhaustive search in the Library of the Judiciary and in the records of the Superior Court of Justice, the judges determined that none of the quotes could be verified and requested the lawyers to specify the origin of the sources of the textual quotes attributed to courts of the province: 26 quotes...
