THE TASK OF EDUCATING IN EMOTIONS

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo el propósito de definir un constructo teórico sobre la tarea de educar en emociones en el contexto actual de los sujetos de la formación, bajo un tipo de investigación documental-bibliográfica en una muestra teórica de quince (15) documentos PDF. El constructo teórico consistió en la definición de un conjunto de acciones pedagógicas y multidisciplinares en la práctica de fomentar conocimientos, capacidades y las habilidades de inteligencia emocional para contribuir con sujetos de la formación capaces de controlar sus emociones, establecer vínculos positivos con los demás, tomar decisiones meditadas esenciales para su salud emocional y su crecimiento personal.

This study had the purpose of defining a theoretical construct on the task of educating in emotions in the current context of the subjects of training, under a type of documentary-bibliographic research in a theoretical sample of fifteen (15) PDF documents. The theoretical construct consisted of the definition of a set of pedagogical and multidisciplinary actions in the practice of fostering knowledge, capabilities and skills of emotional intelligence to contribute with training subjects able to control their emotions, establish positive bonds with others, make thoughtful decisions essential to their emotional health and personal growth.
