L’articolo prende in esame quattro lettere, stando ai dati a nostra disposizione ancora inedite, del breve carteggio tra Giuseppe Ungaretti e Jorge Guillén. Ripercorrendo le tappe degli scambi epistolari, scopo del contributo è ricostruire il contesto e definire il profilo, letterario e umano, di alcune delle personali occasioni d’incontro tra i due poeti.
The article examines four still unpublished letters, according to the data available to us, from the brief correspondence between Giuseppe Ungaretti and Jorge Guillén. By retracing the stages of the epistolary exchanges, the aim of the contribution is to determine the context and to define the profile, literary and human, of some of the personal meeting opportunities between the two poets.
